My new TC Seadweller :)

Hi guys - wanted to share this beauty i got from a fellow bro here on the forum.

Made of:
BP classic SD case
TC 2824 superclone
TC crown and tube
GEN 16600 bezel insert
TC SD dial
TC hands
BK datewheel
Clark bezel spring
TC SD bracelet
Work was executed by KATT.

First impression - VERY GEN like, bezel is very firm, almost stiff, dial is fantastic and the cherry is of course the GEN insert. Only thing im considering is a GEN crown but the TC crown is actually excellent so not sure . . .

Any recommendations on best crystal for BPSD other then gen? Is Clark or WSO crystal better then BP?

It´s a fantastic spec list there. Congrats on a great classic.
Do You by any chance know if the TC-clone was a direct swap with fitting stem height etc.?
As for the crystal, double AR-coating is not gen-like - but it would look fantastic on this watch and give it yet another "aha"-effect

The Tc 2824 is the same specs as a gen. It's an Asian version. He does put better hand pinions in there to make it look gen. He is great with that stuff. Velox I did the same thing myself with my BP sea dweller. I sold it and miss it. Don't ever do it. Lol. Also your date wheel is off. If you look at the pics. I would send it back to Katt have him fix it. When I did my watch I put in a TC date wheel.

I did not notice on the wrist. The BK datewheel is slightly top centered . . .

As to the AR coating i guess it would look awesome. Do any of you guys have an picture sample ? AR vs. no AR on the SD ?

I'm getting ready to mod mine..so the TC 2824 will fit this case with no problems? I'm going all TC parts, movement, dial, hands, crown and tube, dwo and bracelet with gen insert. I will think about 2x AR later.
