i was offered a weird "IWC" that i can't find any info on:

Is this a real IWC or just some weird vintage fake?

looks real to me... You do realize this is a ladies' watch? Judging by the strap size of 10mm, I'm guessing the watch is about 20mm in diameter.

vintage ladies' watches don't hold much value, so the price doesn't really seem suspect to me.
