I got so unhappy with the stuttering on my Aqua Terra Bond that I decided to try a new movement from Cousins UK. I know these movements are said, by virtue of their design, to be profound and frequent stutterers, but mine was really very bad. I'm pleased to say that the new movement does at present seem not to exhibit stuttering, whether this happy state of affairs will remain has yet to be seen.

I can see why the manufacturers are keen to put these on top of (and around!) 8215 movements, it's quite a complex chunk of metal, with a lot of machining as well as the dummy gears, stuck on screws and jewels:
