Lume and marker issue on Rolex Submariner from a TD

Guys,

Please help me understand what happened here. Lume fell off of the minute hand and the 4 marker fell off as well. Any theories?

One clue, this was not done through shipping..

The hour marker glue that holds it to the back of the dial probably came loose. Not sure why the lume would fall off though. Both are fairly easy to fix if you can disassemble the watch. Noctiluminova sells lume kits for about 35 bucks if you want to attempt to relume the hand. I did my own and it came out good on the first try after watching a YouTube tutorial.

I would guess the hour marker got caught between the hour hand and the minute hand, at some point in time and pushed the lume out of the minute hand.

What would make you think that it got caught? How would that happen? Thanks
