I placed my order on the web site on 8.17. At that time I got an error saying my order was not processed. Then I saw on the order status page the order was received. I received an email on 8.18 that my payment will be processed by a third party. on 8.20 I get a second email asking for a copy of my id and credit card. But when I checked my CC account the transaction already was processed, and the website shows payment confirmed. Do I need to give a copy of my id and CC? They already got my money. Is this how a normal transaction should go? I choose to buy from them based on all the great feed back left on this site. Now I'm getting worried, should I be?

Hi, it´s how it works with the CC -processor PT uses, You should have a mail asking You to erase several numbers on the IDs requested. Other TDs won´t even accept CC, only WU or transfer and still others just need the CC, delivery address and phone number without additional details. Welcome to the world of reps.
