How is the forum loading for you on mobile?

Recently RWG went down and I heard Some people say that prior to this it was loading in really slow, well this site has been like that on my mobile for a while now but seems to be getting worse. It works fine on pc and I have cleared my cache and tried a different browser, any ideas¿

I use TapaTalk and it loads very quickly here, I don't know about RWG but RWI loads just fine on my TapaTalk. If sometimes it loads slowly, it would be because of my connection for sure, which seldom happens to me

RWI and RWG load fine on my iPhone with TapaTalk.

I don't use tapa talk and I'm using a Samsung s4 , all other websites are fine including RWG, strange

This loads slowly for me on Tapatalk, too. I also have a Galaxy S4. It isn't my internet connection, because that is fast and every other forum loads lickety split.

I always use tapatalk for my forums and loads very quickly or if it was slow it would probably be my wifi connection.

RWI is more processor intensive than RWG so for the OP (No Tapa) that is your reason if you are trying to load the full version. You are better off using the mobile style selectable from the list of skins in the lower left corner of every page.

As for Tapa Talk that has nothing to do with us. When you are using Tapa you are not browsing RWI but connected to Tapa's own server that requests pages from us and serves them to you. We have no control over what goes on with Tapa.

TBH I have never understood why anyone would browse a forum on a tiny phone screen anyway but some 40% of you do.
Of that 40% just under half are on an iPhone and just over 1/4 are on an iPad (most of those iPad hits however are probably Robbie ). Interesting thing is that the percentage on iPhones is far higher than the iPhone market share of less than 20%.

Always slow on my Samsung pad, the new banner hides for quite awhile. Until it and chat show up I can't do a thing. Anywhere from seconds to a minute, literally. Before the new banner it was just as fast as any other forum.
I deal with it.

Tapatalk is very convenient for posting pics on the fly. Literally you can snap the pic right within the app while you are reading a thread and it automatically posts.

It is also nice because it remembers your place within every thread you view. Whenever you return to that thread, be it 1 hour later or 1 year later, it loads right to the last post you viewed. Very slick.

Content wise, nothing beats viewing the entire forum on a web browser, but Tapatalk sure makes things quick and easy. I have all of my forums loaded in the app so I can hop back and forth within each one on the fly.
