For those of you who have been wronged by Spin, I have some news. I was f@#ked over by spin for the last 11 months for $1100. He has come up with every excuse under the sun. From DW screwing him, to offering to send me one of his personal watches. But nothing from him for the last 3 months.
Unknown to him, I work in, lets say, a securities capacity in Oz which contacts all through asian, especially singapore, and through these means, very recently, I have been able to locate Spin in a physical capacity.
So Spin, i'll be on your doorstep soon mate.
Anyone who would can prove to me that Spin owes them $$$ or watches/materials, please PM me with details, because I will be taking this guy to town.
I do find this situation very unfortunate, as I have had 2 previous transactions with spin that went flawlessly and were superb products, but enough is enough.

So if anyone can provide proof of previous purchases that have not been fulfilled by him, please pm me and I will make sure that your purchase is collected!

Mt. Gox was a bitcoin exchange that lost 10's of millions of dollars of peoples money. Some Scottish guy camped out front of their offices in Japan to protest and confront the CEO, and nothing was accomplished except a tiny bit of internet fame.
I know a handful of money was lost, but I'd say you're better to not waste any of your vacation on this.

I hav no idea who this guy is (Spin), but out of curiosity, why would you ( with a knowingly A7750/3 movement ) let the chronos run for over a half hour, or even a few minutes? After a half hour, I would guess the watch would be out of its reserved power. I don't play with the chronos ever on my watches with A7750 movements, but that's just a general rule for all of us. I hope you (OP) get your money back, and everyone else who have been taken also. Good Luck,

Completely unrelated to the topic , but I met that chap (kolin) whilst having a beer in Tokyo, and ended up going around the Golden Gai in Shinjuku with him.
Back on topic, this dude sounds like a shady character and I hope he gets what is coming to him.
