i had purchuased a noob panerai 360 from Ryan. Everything looks fine, he sent quality check photos. But when the watch arrived, i wounded, but it was an empty wound. I immediatly go to the watch service shop, which i knew and trust for long. He informed that the problem is the spring loaded crown. Than i just got back to Ryan at intimewatches. He requested extra 40$ for this crown , for the watch which he had sent already defective, can you believe that?? He's making (pseudo)quality checks and sending a defective watch. I paid him this extra 40$ , and started to wait for the crown. When i ask him about the delivery of the crown, he was not clearly giving a date. And not answers to my emails now.
PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS THIEF!! HE HAS NO CUSTOMER RESPECT

I luckly found the same crown from militarytime for 10$, which also shipped today. But no news from Ryan yet!!

Than i bought a pam 390 from KUWARSIT, it arrived already, with a proper working crown.and a perfect pvd color.

I can send the emails , to the ones who wishes.

Every problem could happen with wacthes, but atitude to customers, and asking for extra 40$ to the defective crown, and not sending it, this is a theft!!
Still no news or no delivery for the crown from Ryan.

Dont risk your money, get your watches from serious delears.

I had sent 40$ to Ryan for an echange crown for pam360. But informed that he could not sent it. I have a watch worth 280$ unworking, and a stolen 40$.
He answers back the emails, but still asking for money!!
This is an absolute theft!!

"I can help you repair the watch - that's my warranty! If you send it back to me in brand new status with all the packages, I can exchange it to another watch too but a 20% restocking fee will apply.*"

He is sending a defective watch and asking more money, this ryan has no respect to his customers,

Yes because i have 8 years replicas still working well, do you think i am in new at replica???i paid tge money asking for a proper working watch, and i paid 40 bucks for tge spare part. What do i have in the hand, 320 bucks gone with a defective watch.
Are the attorney for ryan??

Calm down, breathe and wait for someone to help. With personal experience dealing with Ryan and Ryan's reputation I am not sure we are getting the full story here but it's a holiday weekend here is USA. And weekend in China. So hang tight and I am sure this will all work itself out.

I just received two watches from Ryan and both him and Jordan couldn't have been more patient. It was my first rep purchase and whenever I requested more info about the watches it was sent within a day.
Even when my money transfer ended up going to the wrong account over there, he was polite and accommodating, couldn't recommend him enough.
Both watches stunning BTW.
Would use again without question.

Oh...... the money transfer was a mistake by my own bank, adding an extra digit accidently, they resolved it and made the payment nothing wrong on my part or Ryans

OP, sometimes unexpected things happen, which is quite unforseen. We always want things to be smooth, no doubt. But, you should try to understand that the TDs here take care many customers in a day, not only you. Hence, in your case, just calm down and try to communicate to him until both of you and Ryan gets into an understanding. I have dealt business with Ryan and so far all my transactions are smooth as silk, and so are most of us here in the forum. But of course this kind of thing happens sometimes and I feel sorry for you. But by being mad would definitely not help you in any way at all, so just calm down and think it through. If you and Ryan still could not get into an agreement, then kindly ask for any assistance from the mods here. Again, as far as you can be cooperative and communicative, there is no way this issue could not be solved. Goodluck and relax mate. Cheers

I vouch for Ryan too. Never had any problem. He and Jordan have always been great. I think you need to relax a bit OP. I get you're feeling ripped off, but believe me, Ryan would not be TRUSTED here if he were a scam artist, and people would not be posting such positive reviews of him. Heck you are talking about RWI's dealer of the year. Give it a few days and if all else fails, contact a mod.

I can also vouch for Ryan. He's one of the best we've got around here. Your best bet would be to talk to a mod like everyone else has suggested. All will be well mate, just don't do anything hasty in the meantime or you may end up in the brig like many other unfortunate noobs.

How a seller gets td ?? He sends the quality he promises, and helps in case of problems. He sent me a defective panerai, and asked for 40$ for the crown, took the money. What i have in my hands, a defective watch and a gone total of 320$.

And more, ryan answers back, telling send the watch back, he is gonna charge %20 extra for replacing the same. Is that a joke??? I just opened tge package, see that crown is defective,emailed to ryan.

I am new to the rep game and started purchasing with some seriousness concerns. Don't know the person or company, bank transferring cash, not knowing what the quality will be, details going half way around the world .....usual paranoid behaviour. After reading reviews I chose Ryan and every transaction has been smooth and easy. I must admit that if things had gone bad I would also be well upset. Good luck getting a resolution.
