Hi, New member from North Carolina, USA.
I own several gen, and is looking into purchase the second rep in my life. First rep was from Little Italy, NYC about 1998 during high school field trip. The Tag Heuer costed $10 and broke in 2 weeks.
Through out the year, I have customers and sales reps who bought me rep from China as gift, which all broke in a month or two.
It was not until last year when I start getting into watches, and actually purchased some nice ones.
Then, I came across some posts about rep watches. Through Google search, I was led here.
Based on all the reading in the past several days, it turns out the rep is much more complicated than expected: movement, maker, seller, version, etc.
Hopefully I will soon own my first real rep after more crawling!
