Help on a 7750

I have a 42mm Noob panda and the chrono at 6 creeps, basically it won't stay still even when the chrono is not being used.
Any ideas on-
1. What the issue is
2. Who can fix it

Considering you're CONUS, idk. Best bet would be to check the supported watchsmiths of the forum from US. Theres a section for it!

Brake dirty or worn.

My new Schumi does the same thing, plus my GP runs about 10/min a day fast...J12 has not been great lately on the movements

Possibly the long u shaped spring that applies pressure to the brake and the reset button is dislodged. It's a very tricky part to get into place as I found recently! You can see it in the 8th picture on this thread, marked very validly with three exclamation marks...
