Gear fell off of 2836. Can anybody help identify gear and placement?

I was fixing my keyless and the dial accidentally flipped sometime during the process and I noticed a gear that came apart from the movement somewhere. I looked everywhere (on the dial side) to see where it could have possibly come from but at this point, I'm completely lost. Here are pics if anyone can help me identify what it is, where it goes, and orientation, if possible. Thanks in advance.

FYI, it's from my Rollie 1680 rep. Not that it really matters..

Double corrector gear I believe. Held in place by the cover plate. For reference, it's just to the right of the "day corrector" when looking on the movement on the right.
