This is a tough one. On one hand you have a pretty good specimen, with decent SEL fit - on the other hand, I personally have a watch with that same issue and I do notice it. I don't think it matters that much though.
I would personally accept it, only because it could be A LOT worse.

What the rest of the world is going to see is just like the two small pictures in your original post. I find what looks horrible in macros is hardly noticeable on your wrist or in your hand. But ultimately, it's up to you since it's your money.

The 9:00 marker is a non-issue. That's probably just an effect of the lighting/camera. That dark spot in the lume on the hour hand could be a "shadow" that you sometimes get when parts of the hands overlap when charging the lume. If it is an actual dark spot in the lume, it's going to be very small when looking at the watch in person. This looks like a really nice example otherwise and these are sold out, so you may have to wait awhile for another one. I've been trying to get one myself.

Make sure you come back and post a follow up when you get it. I'm curious as to how it turns out looking in person.

Unless the second hand wasn't moving at the point of time when he was charging the Lume otherwise it should be uneven Lume which I believe, is quite common. Once in a while you will get stuff like that. Anyway I have accepted! Hopefully it's like what you have mention. I will definitely post pictures to update you guys when I received it so other members can avoid if they're in this sort of situation

BTW I didn't even notice the issue in the 2nd picture until now.

You can always re-lume if it drives you crazy!
