Is this a TD correct behavior? Another ugly story...

Im sure there is an explanation for it. I have seen this come up before. First off, its lame you are out the cash. Second, I try to put myself in the shoes of the TD. I would imagine they are doing hundreds of transactions each week and this could have just been an oversight. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt since they are TDs for a reason. Did you bring it up to them and try to work it out or just point out the deficiency here first? Im sure they wont leave you out to dry, if they try to then open a help desk ticket.

stick with lucy. you won't read one thread about her telling someone that a watch is in stock when it's not. Because she actually checks to see if it's in stock.

I am not sure if I understand it correctly. You paid by WU and the watch was not available? Now when you got the refund by pp, he paid you only the amount you paid and not the WU comissions? In this case you should have claimed also the WU comissions, which usually are 25usd.

Exactly Toro. I have send a mail BEFORE with all specifications and i have provided links to other sites with photos to explain my request. Seller told me "yes, i got it".
Seller pretends WU payment with no mention (family support is called...) and i have payed 25$ of fees. After 20 days of claims because watch he proposed not corresponding my request (low-beat movement, bezel, crown and datewheel wrong) and after a lot of other problems he refunded me two days ago (thanks to other members forum) with PayPal (!) but i have paid again 15$ of fees!

After this problem I have asked you, Toro, on April 24th, if you had the same watch: you answered me "no, it is not available". Simply: no watch, no money to send, no refund to give, no problem! An applause to you for your honesty!

I'm not here to throw mud on people, I understand that TD receive hundreds of emails a day but because I must always to ask the help of an administrator for help on such simple things? It 's a matter of elementary education: why should I lose $ 40? Because I'm a newbie, with no feedback, with a few posts on the forum? But how I can get of feedback if I can not buy a watch? How do I talk of mods, improvements, dials, crystals if not it I possess one? I do not want to become famous on forums or write only complaints... Until now i'm only a Trusted Payer...

The only issue I have is the incessant comments of the op about how rwi does not care about new members. Unless I am mistaken, this is the first time you posted your issue. Do you feel you are not being heard? Because everyone here is showing support and asking for the whole story. It would show maturity if you refrain from repeatedly postin that new members get no help and get taken advantage of...

now be a man and say what TD done it

May be I did not explain well because of translation. I did not say that the forum does not support the new members, indeed, I thank everyone for their participation and support, and at this time also an administrator is handling the case.
I just asked if upon return of money it is right that the buyer has to lose the fees payment. There are so many rules to follow, written and unwritten, I just only asked if that occurred me was a normal thing.

Motomax,

no I do not think its normal and even a TD here has explained how it should work ideally. The reason why members want you to name the TD is because it makes the members and TDs aware of the situation. Sometimes, I suppose we can say that a TD may have staff and maybe they have made a mistake. But the purpose is to discuss the issue so that it does not happen again.

If that is the purpose of this thread, we might as well nuke it. These things happen all of the time and I don't foresee this thread preventing future mistakes. I also disagree with naming the dealer until it's worked out. I don't think staff needs to be involved until the OP does as I instructed above. Then he can report those findings and we can name to shame if needed. ;) Hopefully it will be resolved.

Bottom line, unless we have to get involved, this is a vent and direction suggesting thread. ;)
