I picked up a V6F Omega CrPO from Sora and it's refreshing to see great quality PO for a reasonable price (below $300). I've had different versions of rep PO over the years, from WE's cheapies to modded v5 from Trevor, BP CrPO from the cartel, and the noob LMPO from Trevor, the V6F has the similar good quality build as with the LMPO.
Here are some photos that I took today.
The case looks great, very good AR coating on the sapphire crystal, the date window cutout is clean, and the date font looks good too. The dial looks matt, dial printing and the Omega logo are nicely done. The ceramic bezel looks amazing, the bezel click is a bit loud. The pearl looks great too!
The HE valve seems to be taller than the gen, the edges are sharp and needs softening. The bezel teeth are well made.
The bracelet is a bit rattly when it came but after some WD40 and olive oil bath, it became better. The bracelet edge are a bit sharp, it needs softening as well. The clasp engraving looks as good as the noob clasp.
The glamour wrist shot, you can see from this angle that the HE valve is long compared to the gen.
The Miyota 8215 was decorated to look similar to the Omega 8500 movement, it's a 21 jewels automatic movement with a 21k bph and is non-hacking. The date adjustment is going counter-clockwise and the time adjustment is not as smooth as the Asian ETA clones. The decorated Miyota movement is what held me back from buying the V6F previously, but since I sold off the LMPO recently, I had to grab this one and hope for the best. I'm glad that I did, it looks much better in person.
That's it for the V6F Omega CrPO mini-review, thanks for reading!
