Hello,
Today I received my first order from InTime.

The quality of the watch is brilliant but it's not working!

I've emailed to explain its not working but not heard back yet. There isn't something I should have to do to get it started is there??

Hi, really bad luck if it´s the first order. Turn it and shake it like a whisky glass, push out the crown and set the time, push it back in, shake again. These are automatics, so I avoid to wind.

Next: wind it slowly about 20-30 times if it did not start;

Next: flap it with the face forward into Your open palm several times and check if it has started.

What model and maker is it or link to the watch You bought, this might help others who have the same help You. A7750 may be complicated, specially if it´s a seconds at six model.

I had the same problem with the same watch. Servicing won't help either.
Don't waste your money into trying to fixing it.
Just send it back and try to see if you can get different watch, not the Portuguese.
The same will happen again with another portuguese.

OP did you read about "seconds @ 6" movements before ordering?
