AP ROO LBJ dial marker and date window adjustment advice

I received my order from Ryan today. Of the 8 watches I have purchased from him, 7 are very good quality. The only one I am dissatisfied with is my ROO LBJ. The dial markers are crooked and the date in the date window sits a hair low. I thought about opening the watch myself, but I struggle changing a strap sometimes and I don't want to go messing around with my most expensive rep. I'd rather learn my way around a watch on an older, less expensive one. Can anyone point me in the right direction for someone I can send my watch for service? In order to pull off wearing the LBJ, I would like for it to look as flawless as possible. I appreciate the feedback!

oh.. by the way... I saw the imperfections on the QC pics and approved them. I'm just OCD with regard to my watches. Overall, I am very satisfied with his service and am planning my next order already!

I would gladly help you but you're in the USA. Can you post some pics anyway?

Here is the QC image. You can see the marker at 9 o'clock is misaligned. Looking at the piece IRL, you notice multiple flaws on the dial markers.

Are you talking about the small markers at 12,3, 6 and 9 ? I had to enlarge your photo up to almost wall clock size to see anything but when you enlarge it to that size, I can see that those look a little crooked. Someone who knows what they are doing would have to remove the dial and try to straighten them.

If you look casually at the 9 o'clock marker and where it points to.. the "45" adjacent to the bezel. Instead of lining up straight with the 45, it's completely crooked. The angle of this photo doesn't show, but IRL the 3 and 6 o'clock markers are also crooked when I look directly at the dial. I hate to be picky, but my Reps which cost 1/2 the amount have straighter dial markers. I have a ROO Ceramic Grey dial and the dial markers are perfectly aligned. I guess I expected the same quality on a Rep even more expensive.

That's what I was seeing when I enlarged your photo and turned it so that 12 was up. I believe that these can be fixed, but in actuality, you would expect the factory to get them right!!

Someone in another LBJ thread was talking about opening the watch up and nudging the markers round, specifically the 11 markers because of crookedness, apparently they move a little. Don't know if I would have the balls to do it myself though.
