This morning the Swiss National Bank floated the Swiss Franc (previously fixed at 1.2 euros) and it immediately rose 30%. You don't need to be Einstein to realise what the effect will be on the price of Swiss made anything including watches.

I love most Cheese especially the bleu veined stuff. Even the Brits get this right with Stilton. Salty blues make for a great pairing with dessert wines. Rieussec and Roquefort, is a match made in heaven. Swiss Lorraine and Dutch Gouda are also winners. I like the Gouda with some age but made for back packing with small wheels sealed in wax

I worked for Novartis AG and the have plants and workers across the globe. It really shouldn't throw there game of too much. Little is really fine in Switzerland other than world wide logistics and planning. Most research is also global. Same for Riche which is heavily invested in Amgen. With all Luxury items the production cost is a mere fraction of the ads and marketing. They can always trim stuff up if sales seem to be impacted.

Hehehe, more important: you should taste it! I have to admit I saw it as a "fun" thing at first, but after I tried it I have to say I'm impressed by the taste of it!

You should let one of our dutchies know when you'll visit A'dam or any other city in the netherlands again, we could throw in a little GTG :)

Joran, I picked up another contract yesterday and I will need to visit Amsterdam north soon. I generaly take the 0605 flight from Manchester and have morning meetings leaving the afternoon/ early evening to wander around the red light before taking a train from centraal to schipol then home. It works very well!

I will shoot you a pm or something when I know the day and sort something out ;)

maybe even taxi home so I can have a few Heinekens :D
