my watch got seized...

well, purchased from Lucy, my first one, 42 CrPO...
after 10 days of "inbound into Customs" I got a letter says they seized an illegal item, and a formal notice will be mailed in 30 days...
what should I do next?

Some guys found my earlier post on water-testing (link is here), that was my earlier rep watch ordered from Perfectwatch, when I hadn't known RWI/RWG yet.
On Jan 3rd I called Chicago Custom with the case number on the letter (I haven't got the "official letter" yet) and they confirmed my package was been seized and the more WTF is that I cannot get it ever...

BTW, if you don't trust me still, here is the tracking# that Lucy gave me EA057119807CN, track it then you will know.

Finally get Lucy @truetime168 and she said she will send me a new one (but I am asking whether I can switch to a sub :cool-new

Ignore it and don't admit into anything by replying, they don't know you specifically ordered it anyways so no worries. Where are you located?

One thing to do is to e-mail the TD with copy of the letter to get a replacement and/or handling instructions to consider.
For the rest, possibly just ignore, but I´m on another continent, there will be more practical advice (search for it as well)

Ignore it, really I'm surprised customs is not at all looking for single watches. They are looking for fake prescription drugs, Did you order some Viagra to go with it? Large quantities

In the event that you got queried just say that you ordered a watch online and didn't know that it was a rep, and that you got cheated.

I'm guessing, omega and Rolex are more prone to seizure due to their common/ well known nature. I don't hear many news abt Blancpain AP Hublot or UN seizures .

If I read this correctly, the best course of action to take when a rep gets seized, is to deny ever ordering it?
This might be a handy thing to know if and when it ever happens. Of course, we all hope it never happens!
