No idea if they are the same or an improved movement but they are CHS.

Interesting that they came back but I wouldn't want to be the first to try it.

I haven't seen these either but the past history of watches with the chs are hit and miss with reliability. Not sure, it might be great, but who knows.

If your really keen on this piece just buy the Asian 2836-2 for $260 whatever ? Better than buying Swiss at $400 ...If you don't like it ? You can sell it here on the forum!

CHS=Correct hand stack. Just like the gen Rolex GMT movements.

So are you saying the A2836 might have the correct hand stack? also is the bezel on this semi genuine compatible... I know that sounds weird, I would just like a Bezel assembly better than the one with the wire you feed in before the insert.

The original CHS was built on a A2836 and the ETA2836 so I suppose this is too. Definitely not a DG2813 or A21j movement.
