Hey there! I own a rep Hublot but own a gen vintage Datejust SS/Gold with the jubilee links. From a lot of wearing the crystal has resulted in some rather big scratches and marks so I'm considering changing it.

So where could a source a gen crystal for my Rolex Datejust?

Also, any ideas on where to source a gen jubilee link too? In SS/Gold?

Thanks

also The Vintage rolex Forum aka VRF.....lot's of parts there. One has to be sharp to score a gen Rolex crystal/plexi or sapphire. The aftermarket is loaded with good quality Rolex parts but not Rolex parts a lot of the time.

For plexi DJ crystals, a gen is a waste of money. Get one from Clark's on eBay. You can't tell the difference.

I've replaced 3 gen Plexi's with Clark's and I've got the old ones in my drawer with a few old ones from Clark. Unfortunately, if I wanted to sell one of the gens I couldn't tell the real ones from the others.

The older DJ- 1600, 1601 and 1603 takes the 25-118 crystal
The quickset DJ- 16013 and 16014 takes a 25-135 crystal.
I agree with KBH, get one from Clark's, you won't be disappointed.
