I was planning on ordering a eta black date wheel that will solve main problem and raise it too so it's not sunken. The marker at 3 and 9 are the disaster

Yes, u r right OP. the subdial are swapped in 41mm unlike the usual one on 44mm.

The only flaw for 41mm should be the rotor. You can source from Toro or any TD and get a 7 holes rotor like below:
