If i must choose one out of the two, id go with the gmt because the ichs is only an issue if you are looking from 10cm. The gen 116619 is platinum. There is no way steel and platinum look yhe same.

I'd go with the sub. As someone mentioned the ICHS is a dead giveaway on those.
Olus the sub is just a better looking watch IMHO
