Guys
trying to purchase my first pam111noob from toro and wanting to pay via paypal but im first time purchaser so can't apparently. I'm in uk can I use wu from here ? Never used before or I have option of cc but it's father buying as a birthday present to me so a bit dubious of using his cc online to china. Appreciate trusted dealers and all that but also heard of problems with payments going through with cc. I have pmed toro to see if paypal is option as he said need to be verified with forum but I believe public holiday over there so responses a bit sparse
cheers

I can't speak to WU from the UK but I assume it isn't an issue. Over time I have migrated to WU even when I can use PP because I appreciate the discount. Paypal is a REALLY dangerous thing for dealers, all it takes is one jackass not knowing the "rules of the game" to get their account frozen and potentially loosing every penny in the account. If it is a TD don't loose any sleep over WU, assuming you can use it there but my understanding is they are basically world wide.

I just used a CC with Western Union. No problems. Went through immediately. It was pretty simple, but at $25... Not cheap.

I've used WU from the UK with no transfer fee, it is great!

Do it as a bank transfer, WU just send you an account number and sort code, you then use these on your bank's online site, just like paying for anything else.

It took a day for the money to get there, however, it was FREE.

If you trust the TF to send him/her money any other way, it's totally safe.

Also if you are in the UK and use Quidco, there is usually some kind of cashback deal the 1st time you make an international money transfer using Western Union

I tend to use paypal on most dealers, for PT for a while if had to use WU, which worked fine with no issues.

To be honest CC works great on WU payment only the extra fee they charge is a little bit disappointing

I've used WU in the UK before, quite easy as long as you find any money shop or Western Union around you. The TD would give you the receiver's name and city . You take that info with you , when you get there you fill the 'send money' form , fill the form with the information the TD gave you (Reciever's name and city), the amount, and give the form to them at the counter with the cash . They would ask when you want the person to receive it, either a few hours or the next day, next day is usually cheaper and finally the give you an MTCN number which you give the TD and confirms your payment . That's it ... Note that WU normally charge an extra amount as their commission so be prepared to go there with a bit more than the amount you are sending ..... Hope that helps...
