the only thing that stops me from buying Navy Blue is the pusher. Ryan, if you would mod this, we will buy it.

Guys, check online how to dye rubber. Lot's of videos on youtube about guys dying rubber soles from sneakers, also other tutorials.

Excellent work Ryan! The Navy Themes is one of the easiest models to fix, they just need to correct the colors on the pushers, the blue and white on the dial.

yes, RIT works for rubber, and is easy to find. Got inspiration to use it from a youtube video where some woman uses RIT to dye rubber pinball-machine flippers and bumpers different colors. Some guys are also using RIT to dye the rubber soles of their Air Jordan sneakers.
But you were the original inspiration for the whole project.

It also works for nylon. Great idea and post. Thanks.

Do the pushers pull off the stems, or do you have to remove the movement to get the pushers out of the watch?

Yes you need to open the case back, remove crown, remove movement and then I'm sure the pushers are held on with tiny screws

The pushers unscrew from inside the case, so the movement has to be removed to access them. You will see the thread for both pushers from inside: takes a 1.4/1.6mm screwdriver, unscrews counter-clockwise.
3 caveats
1) remove crown for A7750 in winding position (other positions you will probably jam the keyless works)
2) notice that one of the pushers is beveled. You need to re-install it in its original position.
3) Do not overheat your dye while these rubber parts are in the dye, otherwise you will melt the rubber. Better to use longer dying time than higher heat.

Any pics of the finished watch with installed pushers/crown? Or am I blind?

Since that photo I have swapped the dial for the old-style NT dial with the silver edges on the indices, and the silver tach ring has been swapped for a beige Safari tach ring.

Pics on Sunday. But: The indices still need darkening and the sub-dials needs some type of lacquer. Ongoing infinite project.
