Orange 42mm Noob PO

Anyone have the new noob 42mm pumpkin? Is the bezel really ceramic? I think i read that the orange one was still aluminum while the black one was really ceramic.
I just ordered one to go with my PO LM but I think there may be a smudge on the logo and the letters might be floating. I've asked the TD to check. Thoughts?

I thought that even gen did not have ceramic for pumpkin model. Something to do with orange and ceramic not working out.

I seem to remember something like that too. But the TDs still list it as ceramic.

Logo/text is applied so they are elevated. If they are too high, simply push them. I've also yet to see a logo that was not smudged/marked in some way. I've had limited success cleaning/polishing them, either way this is still common.

TD replied and said that the letters were not floating and that the smudge was just the camera angle so I accepted. Now I have too many Omegas.

The Orange bezel Pearl looks amazing on the noob versions. I had the idea of using a noob bezel on the V5PO, but the white inner circle looks much thinner on the new PO on the Gen and rep. Are there any other differences? I'm tempted to paint the white circle thicker. Lol.

As you've noticed, the inner circle is thinner on the models with 8500 movement as compared to those with the 2500. Here are pics from Omega. The inner circle is actually silver, not white though, I believe it is just uncolored aluminum and not painted. But I agree with you on the pearl appearance and placement. I have the 45mm version and couldn't be happier.

Then as far as I'm concerned, you are better off buying a Christopher Ward C60 orange. Unless you really like PO, but to me it is nothing special.
