I heard news, many moons ago, that there was talk of a RWG watch.

I traveled far and wide, for many days and nights and am hoping someone, anyone here can fill us kind RWG folk in on the situation.

If only there were some kinda of place, a meeting of minds, "forum" is you will where the creator, the driving force behind the project now resided...where he could post updates and information on the ins and outs of the current stages...

PM Luthier. That was all his baby.

It'd be preferable if George could just post in here, that way I wouldn't have to relay anything next door, It's here for all to see. I'm rather lazy you see...

I'd bet (almost anything) he won't. This is, more often than not, the very foreseeable consequence of pride effin with ya...

Is it true there's also to be an RWG banjo?

I don't know what you're talking about... 100% no "semaj" on rwg. I'm glad they got rid of that guy, he was an arse!

Always wondered what really happened to 'semaj'

.... I'd heard rumours, but mostly they were unsubstantiated.

It's the RWG way... On a good day we'll get to the end of page one before things get really OT. It's because we care

 @banjo. Bullshit, if it would be - then a guitar only. And with MrZoSo name on it.
OK, about Da Watch. All 300 watches were assembled looong moons ago, and all are at Mary's place.
We had a lot of problems with bracelet - factory said it require tons of molds, and each mold cost... well... you don't want to know.
Then we had troubles with rubber midlinks. Minimum Order Quantity is 1000 sets, and we need only 300. So, I had to buy 1000 sets.
Then we bumped in clasp problem. 7 factories failed. Or MOQ is small, or not able to make. Everyone offering thin sheet metal Omega style clasp.
Finally, I found the factory, and they made the sample just 2 weeks ago. Rochest went to the factory, inspected, and placed the order for 500 clasps.
Foking Minimum Order Quantity!!!
So, they promised to finish clasps BEFORE Chinese New Year, but I don't believe in it.
That's how it work there - you place order, pay, got promise to get goods in 30 days, but next day a customer come with 10,000 clasps order, and my clasps moved to the end of the line. They don't give a shit about promises. Ask Angus. BB saga.
I'm in touch with factory, but it's not much of help. Everyone there already packing the bags and buying train tickets to their hometowns.
But... we'll get it, I hope soon.
A few pics.

These pics look awesome. Rubber midlink bracelets are something I might buy for one of my watches. Do you have 1000 full bracelets or just the rubber midlinks?
