Loud movement

Hi,

I have just purchased a new rep Tag.

The movement seems to make a squeaky noise. I understand that this is a rep but I am just wondering if this normal or should it be a more smooth quiet noise?

Obviously the sound of the movement is not something you can QA unless you ask you the TD

I look forward to hearing what others have found In regards to there reps and if the movement noise settles down once the watch is worn on a continuous basis

Is the rotor the loud part of the movement? That should be normal even for gen eta movements.

Yeah I'd say it's the rotar but can't be sure cause it's a closed back. The tag link 16 cal

I have a gen tag Careara but it's no way as squeaky as the new rep. Even my rep Omgea is quiter but I have had it for a few years.

They can make a lot of noice but definitely not a squeeky sound.

A7750 are known to be loud sometimes, as are ETA7750. Nothing to be concerned about
