Ordered the BP Maker 15400, extremely pleased except for one aspect. It seems I received one with the dreaded faulty clasp. any mild flex on my wist and it pops open. This pretty much makes in unwearable for anything but the office. Is there any repairs or mods to fix this. Or at least a way to order a new/improved clasp? Did some searching but did not find much as far as solutions are concerned. Thanks guys.

Never had any problem on the Angus Version, it's actually comfortable but it's hard to adjust the size to your wrist (either too loose or very snug). Only problem is the crappy asian clone movement.

I bounced around for awhile between the two editions. I ended up going with the BP because of the recessed bezel screws, less reports of crooked dial markers, and the much lower price tag . The clasp however, has me with a bit of buyers remorse. My wrist is about 6.75. I believe I removed 3 links.

Hey guys,
In case anyone cares I got it fixed! I used a pair of very tiny pliers to pinch the heads of the pins that go into the clasp. By compressing them it widened the diameter and holds much better.

mine does the same.

Which way way did you pinch it?

Did you squash the sides to push out the opposite sides?

or did you squash it vertically to flatten the top more?

I got mine today and one of the clasp pushers is missing the cover - exposing the sharp metal place inside.

When I resized a recent 15400, I'm having the same issue. Can the pushers be modified to have a stronger tension, or do you just need to make the pins wider?
