How can I tell if its Replica? Breitling Montbrillant Olympus

So my friend just bought a Breitling Montbrillant Olympus watch and he's saying its not a replica and he challenged If I can find out if it is.


Do anyone have any idea?

I'm no expert, but from looking at the gen it certainly looks good to me. But reps are so damn good these days it's hard to tell. I'm sure someone else will chime in that knows better. Probably if you get some more pics that will help too. Did he say how much he paid for it?

I see little to no AR on that crystal an breitling is none for a very strong AR. I would really question this being gen

YESSSSSS! I'm getting better. I didnt know there were no reps of this, but I studied it against a gen and looked good to me, so that was my guess too. Thanks frig.

The bezel seems gen to me. Reps I have seen have different shape of the teeth.

I agree about this being a gen. Im no expert in the gen, but there isnt any rep of this that Ive seen. But its really simple since you are going to handle it in person. If the chonograph works, its gen. Looks like secs @12, with all of those other functions working.
