The wheel spacing will be the same on secs@9 and @12 . If I'm wrong, someone correct me but the position of the gears will not change.

Wheel layout is different on sec@9 and sec@12 (sec@9 is symmetric, sec@12 is offset). Dials are not interchangeable between these two movements. No sec@12 movement transplant is possible with a sec@9 dial. Zorro and I already covered that on the first page of this thread. Do not sacrifice a sec@12 ROO hoping to drop it in this sec@9. The chrono/seconds pins will not align with the dial holes. It will be a gigantic waste.
If the D Fac gets a big order of sec@12 movements, Noob will get crazy angry, which would probably be good for all of us, shake Noob out of their cartel lethargy, maybe even price war (but I doubt it).

You are correct, only they have access to the sec at 12 movement. Hoping another movement company sees this as an opportunity to do a more accurate sec at 12 movement based off a 2892 clone. This whole monopoly of movements in the rep world is just retarded..... but it does go to show how many watches these guys put out.
