Question on AP ROO with Quartz movement

Was thinking about ordering a AP ROO Rubber clad from Hont. He states it has a Japanese Quartz movement.

Any issues with this movement on this watch with seconds @12 as his site shows ?

Quartz is reliable. No technical issues.

You will never have issues with quartz movement. Problem with sec@12 is on more expensive (and accurate) versions with 7750 movement.

I have seen that the build quality is nice, but i just can not ever go to a quartz movement.
