does anyone know if this can open a Rolex caseback?

I have a Rolex caseback that has been screwed on way too tight for a sticky ball and I don't have a Bergeron caseback opener, nor anything remotely close to it.

I was wondering if this can open up a Rolex caseback? If all else fails, I might have to pony up and get a Bergeron or Chinese knock off of one (but I'd rather not, because all my other casebacks are easily openable with the sticky ball)

I got mine off by cooling the case back with an ice cube to contract it then using my thumbs with rubber gloves on.

Get some good tape, wrap it around the ball with the sticky side on the outside, clean the caseback with some alcohol or something to get all the grease off, stick the tape to the caseback and give it another shoot. Works for me everytime, I also have a caseback opening tool but I'd rather use the tape method, less chances for a scratch.

Ball not always works. Sticky, or rubber... This tool work well.

Luth.

I see yours has little teeth to it. I suspect those teeth grab onto the ridges that surround the rolex caseback, right.

It's hard to see, but do you think the pics that I posted have the teeth? It looks like they are all the same, just different manufacturers.

Kay & Luth, where did you guys get that opener from? I've never seen that before and curious about it.
