LMAO! That is so awesome! Your dog looks small enough that a standard PAM strap may have fit!
I'd love to do the same thing for my future dog. I get him on Tuesday and he's only a few months old and already about 25-30lbs, so I have no idea how big he's gonna get. Maybe I should wait a few more months for him to be fully grown.
I was thinking of attaching an actual PAM to the collar, but now I'm thinking about turning a PAM into a dogtag, and just stitching together a small 24mm piece of leather to go through the lugs and have a metal ring at the end to attach to the collar. Hopefully a solid caseback with very minor engravings so I can engrave his name and a phone number to call. Any ideas on a suitable PAM that would fit that bill?
