HBB v6 stopped running

Hi everybody I got my my new HBB v6 from trusted dealer from here just 2 days ago. And yesterday it just stopped running. Has anyone experienced a similar problem. I already wrote the td an email but no answer yet. Any suggestions? Thank you

It is a hassle to send it back to China usually. Wait time and chance of losing the parcel are both high. I suggest checking out our trusted watchsmiths. Send an email and they should be able to assist you.

Fixing an a7750 will cost you a pretty penny. The thought of Chinese customs official seizing a replica watch coming from the USA is a joke, then again I guess anything is possible. Isn't it the Td's responsibility to get it back to you once it is in their possession regardless of it being seized on its way back to you due to you receiving a bum watch? I would send it back.

Stopped running... a few more details please.... on your wrist? Over night?

What more can i say. It's just not running anymore. Didn't use any chrono functions just looked at it and was not running anymore. I tried winding it manually but it won't start up. I will now wait for an answer from my td but sending it back is not what I really want. To much hassle. The problem is I am from Germany and it took a month to get it here due to our crazy customs. Well let's see what happens in the next couple of days.

Took it to a watch smith and he had a look and checked everything and fixed it in a couple of minutes. He also checked the beat and said that this actually is a very good movement. So now I have a good and cheap new watch smith and a HBB v6 that is working properly. Thanks for all the answers and help.

I actually don't know. Really sorry. My watch smith just opened it and fiddled with it adjusted some parts. Checked some of the tiny screws and now it's running perfectly. Very accurate and precise.
