What is always funny, is Noob 3.5 had it down pretty good for the bezel screws, bezel lume and alignment was better, AR was pretty close.

Then, the other factory showed up, and now it is back/forth with 2 steps forward, one step back by both of them.

Nobody can seem to get it right...and I can imagine, they probably don't want to. It is part of the game. The fix a few things, sell a lot more to the obsessive people. Then produce another one with some improvement, same people buy them again, sell the old ones...rinse repeat....

Yep, the very reason why I can't upgrade yet. On my v3.5, the marker lines up perfectly, screws sunken evenly, not 3 sunken 2 flat and 1 sticking out like some some of the pics I've been seeing up the recent releases. Been harassing some of the TDs to get just the inner bezel but of course no luck. Not their top priority to get the parts for their customers like TC unfortunately.

I am happy with the v4.1 now that speedy sunk my bezel screws and water checked it. The v5 not enough for me to want to change.

I find it fascinating that only in the AP section do people fight and go into full denial about change and improvements. It's almost like some get offended by the fact that improvements are made. You become blind and like a school child that kicks and screams because he had his binky taken away. We should all embrace improvements. Look at all the Submariner versions released in the last few years. Endless numbers of versions. People are happy to see new ones, in the pursuit of an accurate watch. AP Diver owners dig their heels in and find reasons why their old version is better. I frankly do not understand it.

I honestly prefer the 4.1 inner bezel. I think the V5 is perfect for the carbon diver but not the SS. Just my opinion...

No one knows exactly how many version will diver comes,
but good things for now is that diver getting better and better.

You have to remember the v5 isn't necessarily an improvement on the v4.1.. they're different makers.

When the v4 and v4.1 came out the majority of people went for the v4.1 so the v5 doesn't mean it's an improvement on v4.1 as the above suggests the v4.1 was better than the v4 which the v5 is an improvement on..

I just got my v4.1 and holy shit it's awesome, i'll get pics etc up when i have time but it just shines more than my v3.5 (which i'm having DLC'd, I wouldn't bother 'upgrading' otherwise), i can't really work out exactly what's better about it - apart from the standard lume that is ridiculously strong, but it just shines in every light even more than the v3.5. I had vac re-lume my v3.5 thicker so the lume/numbers are very similar but the inner bezel does seem different. All of the markers and the casing of watch just seem even nicer.

the noob 3.5 and 4.1 has good AR crystal. New maker v4 and v5 still has the foggy crystal. V5 has come a long way and they seem to be making improvements it still needs a AR coating to do it justice.
If you just bought the v4.1 you should wait to see if new maker adds a AR for a future release. they seem to be milky it slowly. If there is going to be a noob 5.1 it won't be too soon considering the new updates were case mods

When i put my v4.1 next to my v3.5 i actually think the AR is slightly better on the v4.1, it could just be my brain playing tricks but it get's 'fog' in less angles?

For me i'm done, if i wasn't using the v3.5 for something else i would have been happy keeping that, if they bring out a 5.1 or whatever version with what you said fixed i still wouldn't bother.
