Im looking for a website that sells cases that are used for custom builds.... if there is such a site.

You might try asking one of the TD's or just looking at their sites to see what additional accessories they sell. You might get lucky and find that some just sell the cases.
You could also take a look at some forums for homage watches and see if you can find info there.
Here's a site that sells parts for homage watches though I cannot say it's reputable or not as I have never purchased from here: http://www.helenarou.com/
Another approach would be to buy a dirt cheap replica (low grade from one of the TD's) and then mod it up as you wish with items from other stores/brands (Athaya?).

BTW, the pictures still have high domed crystals, those have been out of stock for a while and nowhere to be found, they come with low dome so you need to install an acrylic if you want high dome
