I know on the Navy you can die the pushers. The crown ? not sure. You can die the numbers as well. The subdials is where you will hit a wall.

I will see if I can find pics of my Safari on OEM. I don't think you will like it. It's not a bad looking watch, but very subtle. It bored me within a week.

JBB i've never had. But that would look "stunning" on BB OEM strap !
