I ordered at Puretime Navitimer with its limps, left the 06/08/13 on their premises, all the course did well, until Chronopost of my city. A control of the customs the morning before the departure for the delivery and the parcel was retained. That made 2 weeks that my parcel was on standby of delivery, in my follow-up. And when I invited to ask for explanations, the Mister answered me that the parcel was retained in customs and that if I wanted to recover it, one needed that I contact them, which I would abstain from doing. I asked Puretime, which rebate it could grant to me to make a new order, I awaits their answer.

I'm sure Angus will resolve this my friend. You should have written evidence of the seizure in the next week or so, and when you get it, forward a scan of it via email to Angus, this will validate that the watch has indeed been seized.

Did you receive any letter from the custom yet?
If you didn't no need to panic, and that's what is doing Angus: staying calm (he's been a long time in business)
Now, as soon as you get a letter from the custom (that can take a month), you'll probably have a fine to pay and you address we'll be on custom surveillance for a few month, not good to try to receive another fake, especially from the same sender....
But, anyway, once you've got this letter you scan it and sent it to Angus, for sure you'll get an answer from him, I don't know how he proceed, but if you had a guarantee on 'Custom seizure' he will mail you another watch.
Make sure you have it sent to a different name and at a different address, and do not use EMS, only Airmail.

Hello, on the follow-up of Chronopost, the package is on standby of sending since August 13, 2013, I thus telephoned Chronopost on August 20 and the person said to me that the package had been seized by the customs officers on their premises. Not knowing what contains the Chronopost parcel must think that the parcel will return on their premises, it is for that which it is always indicated to the date of August 13 that the parcel is on standby of delivery. The only proof to date it is what the employee of Chronopost said to me. Cordialement.:thud:
Hello Spboudart, when it is taken by the customs, the parcel does not turn over nowhere, maintaining for the continuation, I have a friend, which had his parcel of retained by the customs, 2 years ago, it never had continuation, I think that for 1 article and the first time, they must be lenient, but the parcel is lost, my problem is that Puretime understands it. Because on the follow-up one sees that I did not receive the package.

Hello with all, I do not have yet a news of the customs, for my watch which at summer seized with Chronopost since August 13, 2013, and as on the follow-up it is always indicated since August 13 that the package is in "waiting of delivery" After several exchanged malls, Puretime does not want nothing to include/understand, for them it is not seized, the only proof that I have it is the response by telephone of Chronopost, I to them is even communicated N of telephone of Chronopost so that the person assure well them the seizure by the customs, but anything made there. I must thus make a new order for this watch and his box, moreover I would like to buy "Patek Phillipe", but finally that will not be at Puretime. :angry:Thus if the same mishap arrives to you, know that Puretime does not make any commercial epic for you.
Hello all, as I do not have any news of my Breitling Navitimer and his box on the side of the customs and any comprehension on the side of Puretime. I again ordered Breitling with his box and Patek Phillipe, but not at Puretime (question of principle) I ordered them at Sillix, delivery by Airmail. I cross the fingers.:thinking:
