I was thinking about ordering the SOSF with the clone movement but are they still sourcing these watches with the wrong movement (the 2813), there seem to be a lot of issues with this movement
What level and what dealer are you looking at. What is your budget? If you have a low price-point, you won't find a SOSF with a better movement than 2813.
There are several dealers that have the A2836 SOSF at a great price.
Email any of the TDs here and they can source it.
If a TD says it is a 2836, then that 's what it is.
no its not...toro has them listed as 2836 when they are not, intime says they are 2836 but they aren't...so, maybe when they were $268 or so they used 2836 movements but now they are cheap and use a movement that fits the price point.
