Hi guys,
aNy one knows if the two shares the same case and parts? I would assume every single part is different. Anyone can confirm?

Thanks in advance.. In need of some loose parts now for my projects...

Pratt , many of us have taken these Quartz apart. I have too. They are different. In many cases , the straps aren't even comparable. Trust me. Shaidx is also very familiar with AP's. I'm sure others can chime in and back what we are telling you.

I just stick with the quartz and don't worry about it - no one notices the seconds on a subdial anyway

haha.. dun get me all wrong .. im just wondering if any of the parts from the quartz can interchange with the 7750@12sec . i believe nothing is the same.. as the vast difference in prices..

I thought that the quartz ROO uses the same case as the 7750, but I've seen different casebacks.
The interesting (?) think about the dial is that the date window appears to be in a position similar to the LWO (ie slightly more to the centre of the face).
I haven't torn one down yet but have just bought a used one so I shall be particularly interested in the bezel screw set to see how that compares.
I have already seen 3 different bezel screw sets (ROO, Diver and Barrichello) and wonder how many more variants there are - ROOs I have use a 1.6mm hex screw, Diver I have uses a 1.3mm hex screw and the Barrichelo/Montoya use allen screws (not sue what size though). The ROO screw is also longer than the Diver screw.

Sellers can claim whatever they want. I would rather trust members experience above any seller. 2 AP tenured members have shared their thoughts. I'd accept that. You pay for what you get.
