Folks - I have resisted posting a QC pic - I know it is a hated practice, but I need some specific advice. I have this watch coming from a TD for my wife once I have approved. I understand the little differences from the gen., but I can't seem to get past what looks to me like a misalignment of the numbers on the bezel. When I saw an earlier pic it seemed that all the numbers were improperly aligned, but now that I have QC pics, it looks as though the "20" is the worst (the two numerals seem to slant away from one another). I am not sure if the slope angle of the bezel is causing some exaggeration of the problem by perspective, but it is just drawing my eye to it. I found a forum pic from a recent thread with this model in it, and to my surprise it seems to be plagued by the same issue although there is some glare in the photo that makes the 20 harder to see:

What do you think? I appreciate the comments - let me know if you need larger photo.

Numbers are just fine. Don't forget - bezel surface is slanted.

QC pics accepted. It will be my wife that is most critical, though. We will see how it goes.

Thanks for all the comments! The watch finally came (it is very nice, by the way) and my wife picked up on the one major flaw that I missed - here I was looking at the font/alignment of the numbers on the bezel and failed to notice the fact that the insert is not properly aligned with features on the bezel itself. It is just a degree or two off but very noticeable once it had been pointed out. I looked at a number of photos on rep sites and it seems to be a common issue for this watch. I was able to carefully remove the bezel and found that it was attached by what looked to a small amount of some kind of glue. It was not particularly secure and it looked like the glue had begun to cure before the insert was placed as it was somewhat powdery. Anyway, I got the area all scraped out and cleaned up, reinstalling the insert using very small dots of epoxy all the way around. It is now safe, secure, and perfectly aligned.
