Post anything about the King of Cool here, from his timeless choices in cars, bikes, watches, lifestyle, etc.

Steve Mcqueen owned one of the only 10 made of this 1967 Ferrari. It was the car he used in his film, The Thomas Crown Affair, in 1968. He unfortunately crashed his. This recently fetched for a whopping $27.5 million.

He had the best taste in sunglasses ever. Persol 649s and Persol 714s, the latter of which were featured prominently in the Thomas Crown Affair

:sub4me:Like Arcadia said, his "cool" and good taste is timeless...if you haven't watched any of his films, try one and I bet you'll be hooked!

Those that knew McQueen say he was a really nice guy. At the time of his death he and his wife lived in Santa Paula, Ca.

Pic of the Triumph he rode in Great Escape.
