Puretime is ignoring me.

I made two seperate purchases from puretime last week.
They told me that they couldn't complete either purchase.
I asked for a refund. They've ignored me for 10 days now.
Who do I talk to about getting some help from RWI?

I feel like I've been robbed.

I emailed them last week to confirm availability, got fast response. Sent payment on Sunday. Got QC on Tuesday. Confirmed shipped on Wednesday. No communication problems here.

If you did it through their website, it seems sometimes they can be bad at responding.
Angus said resubmit after 48 hours in case your inquiry got lost/overlooked.
