Lucy-Truetime is my "Go To" Dealer!

This short review is long overdue. I have been buying watches from Lucy at Truetime168.com for a few months now, and have to say that the experience has been phenomenal (which is obvious since I keep buying from her!). She's gotten me every watch I've asked her to get her hands on, including some of those elusive new reps that only seem to be available from the big guns like Angus. Lucy answers every one of my emails, gets me QC pics very promptly, ships promptly and quite simply, I trust her. She also does her own evaluation of every watch before sending me QCs, so that I know what she presents is the best of the lot. I was dying to get one of the new Liquid Metal Omega Seamasters, she saw them and told me they weren't ready yet, and sure enough, she was right.

So far, I've bought PAMs, Rollies, Jaegers, IWCs, Cartiers and APs from her, each time without incident or any headaches or drops of communication.

I cannot recommend her more highly and urge the MODS of RWI to consider adding her to the Trusted Dealer status.

I remember the time, about 4 years ago, when I introduced Mary (Watchinternational) to RWG. I explained her all rules, from A to Z, about selling on Forum (she used to work for the company, that sell watch on the Net), and she took it VERY seriously. In a very short time, she became one of the best dealers there, if not the best - lower prices, attention to every detail, excellent quality control, and absolutely perfect communication.
Lucy is trained by Mary (seems, trained very well), she has access to all the factories, and, definitely, has excellent communication skills. I wish her all the best, and wish her to become our TD in very near future. And I'm sure, she'll repeat Mary's success.

And, further to Luthier's point, a post-script.

I've asked Lucy to get me an AP ROO Rubber Clad in RG, which she dutifully did. But as usual, instead of immediately shipping out, she takes some time to put the watch thru its paces so that I don't get a dead watch. And sure enough, even after approving great QCs, the following day, it stopped working, so Lucy is getting me another one. That's the quality of her service (she even tested its waterproofness which she knows is important to me). Lucy is one of our treasures here!:beatahorse:

I just received an order from Lucy as well. And it was the best buying experience that I could have hoped for. I got a PAM, TAG, and a couple extra straps. In addition to double checking the watches before even posting the QC pics, she tested the watches for a few days to make sure they worked properly and communicated EVERY day during the whole process. I will be using her from now on for all my rep needs. She can get anything.
