The cherry on top of the Food Stamp topic is that JP Morgan processes the EBT cards for over 20 states and they collect a processing fee just like an ATM fee for every EBT transaction. From 2004-2008 said fee brought in over 500 million.

Now xerox is handling it too. They just started in GA. They bought jpm's contract out. We had to switch all tge locations to xerox. I guess it is very lucrative.

Not everyone lives in California.
