So I have a Movado that used to be my dads. It's probably 30 years old and looks brand new. I want to put a nice strap on it but I'm having trouble finding someone that does 16mm. Right now I have a $15 strap on it that my watch maker sold me on *rolls eyes*. Anyone have any ideas? I'm open to putting something crazy on it.

I don't have any suggestions, but I do have to say, thats a beautiful watch. I'm not a great fan of Movados in their current state, but that watch looks like it could have been sold today. They're timeless.

Thank you very much I appreciate it. It was my dads that he bought before he died 30 or so years ago.

It's a Movado Museum Watch, I have one myself of about the same age. The original Museum Watch was the first wrist watch to be displayed at the Museum of Modern Art in NY and was designed by the American designer Nathan George Horwitt in 1947.

Lovely watch, I have mine on a lizard strap. Never had any problem getting decent straps here in the UK though.

And I agree, modern Movado's a nowhere near as good.
