ROO Franken

Hi everyone,

I am after someone who can put together a franken royal oak offshore for me with gen casing, dial, pushers, crown and bracelet. I am fairly open to the movement housed and fairly open to what ROO it is. Preference would be a Panda but I know how hard it is to get your hands on parts. As for pricing always happy to negotiate.

Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.

I was under the assumption that the Frankens on here are all housed in donor casings from old audemars? Don't know much about the franken or replica game so any corrections would be great too.

As for the genuine pieces I used to work for a high en boutique in sydney that stocked everything from AP, Hublot, Panerai and Patek

Suggest you do a bit more searching and research on here. All your questions will be answered in detailed and in a lot of cases with images.

Sounds like you are the best source for gen audemars parts that I've seen on this forum. Lol

I haven't seen much frankening of ap watches on here. Mostly Omega and Rolex.

I worked at a place called the hour glass for ages, they have boutiques in HK too and several other places like Thailand and Mainland China.

Sourcing genuine parts when I was working there was almost impossible all parts would be repaired at the service center they don't send parts out.

I will definitely do more research into frankens and come back.

And my old employer hates me as I quit to start my own business!

AP parts are closed to impossible to source... the only gen parts that could be purchased which i have seen are the following :

1. AP movement (ROO not offshore chronograph)
2. hands $750-$1000
3. Dial only $800-1000
4. Dial with tachy $1000-$1500 (White theme/blue theme/black theme)
5. Dial with tachy (panda) $3000
6. Crown / pusher ( AP ROO not offshore chrono) $300-$500
7. Box $200-$800
8. strap with lug pin $500-$1000
9. Bracelet $1500-$2500
