If you are unsure of the buyer it is best to give a time limit to pay when you give your paypal, either 30 min or 1 hour. Then if they haven't paid in time you move on to the next buyer. Everything is open and all know where they stand.

Yes I have but had no reply yet that's why I say maybe he will. Like everything in this hobby can't get angry just have to be patient.
