I found this on the web while trying to understand the different insert sizes and thought I would share. If it already been posted then its a reminder lol.

This makes sense I have never been able to get a Gen Insert to fit without sanding. I also think the Chinese manufacturing standards are not good and the variation is bad. Certainly not Six Sigma!
