And here is a LINK with more modles, check them out.

For a stock watch the pearl looks pretty damn good, rehaut seems to be on the money and that crown and CGS.... are a dream.

I think im going to pick one or two up form my Bday next month... thinking of going one SS and one YG, if I do.. I'll post a review!

Share your thoughts on what you think about these please... anyone notice any flaws?... me see no issues except for that ugly laser engraved crown on the crystal...eewwwhh, easy fix though.

Damn it, I can't wait to get one in my hands.

Well, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Rolex never made a blue sub with the stainless steel bezel, only ceramic.

I must admit, they do look pretty darn nice. Shame about the oversized LEC though, but thats easy enough sorted with a new crystal Wonder if these are gen construction and if so, would get parts fit?

SS case on these is a wok (look at that rehaut). The gold & TT have a much better case (why on earth they used a different case for the SS & TT models I cannot for the life of me fathom. really makes zero sense)

crown height is nice on these though (2824) and as said, the TT has a nice case. Dial doesn't look purple on the blue ones either. Date window is not as wide as it should be though

They did make a nipple dial one ages ago for japan as a limited release, but you're right, a blue 16610 is a fantasy watch. Although it's a pretty popular fantasy judging by the amount of aftermarket blue dials out there for SS 16610's - can't blame people, sunburst blue is sexy

Aha, another factory...
:picard:

Pretty sure are the same maker that everyone else is calling BP fac (previously the 5th gen PO & Big Pilot maker) - not sure why TS has decided to come up with yet another name. And SuperLume factory is a pretty silly name (which is what I assume SL is supposed to be. Unless it's Silly Losers and the joke is on us)

Okay guys,

I've done some research....

Flaws....

These should not have a rehaut engraving and should have drilled lug holes.
SS version is pretty damn wookey, someone mentioned date opening, I dont see a issue there but do correct me if I am wrong.

Pros...

Crown :), Crown Guards , pearl is pretty damn legit.

Im really kicking myself in the ass over the fact that these should not have the rehaut and how fricking retarded it is that they do not have drilled lugs.

Thinking of asking Mark to donate one :goat:

drill lugs holes and shave that wookey rehaut off the SS version we would have a pretty spot on rep.

?? Why do they have to have blank rehaut and drilled lugs? They made the Serti / Blue / Black TT & FG subs right up until they discontinued.

The only one that would be no engraving / lug hole required would be the SS blue/blue, but again, there is way more off about this than that if that's the one you're talking about - it was a totally different watch.

The limited edition japan blue SS sub (the only SS blue sub) was a 1680, so add "wrong case" , "wrong bezel", "should be plexi crystal" , "should be nipple tritium dial with appropriate 1680 depth rating" to your list if that's the one you mean

Edit: regarding the date window, these ones look a little squarish. should be a wider rectangle.

From my understanding....(again, someone correct me if I am wrong)

The earlier model 16610 that these seem to be imitating and I am going off the Crown and CGs here, should have NO rehaut and drilled lugs.

Compare a 1997 model 16610 and a 2008 model 16610.

the 97' has slightly thicker CGs like this rep we are talking about.

the 08' model has skinnier CGs and rehaut engraved.

Maybe I am being a tad too pickey and am nagging a bit but when you start researching models certain things just pop out at you.

either way, ThinkBachs is right... quality looks pretty damn legit.

The quality looks awesome to me.

rolex never made a 16610 with a blue dial and bezel. one of your pics is a 16613 (TT) dial , and the other has either a fake dial, or a 16613 dial refinished with white text. The only blue stainless sub they ever made was a limited japan only 1680 (and even that is up for debate if it actually exists or not)

CG did not change on the 16610 case when they went from lugholes to no lugholes - either polishing or just photography perspective.
